Privacy Policy

This is a starting template for the site owner. Edit it to match how you actually run the service, and have it reviewed by a qualified professional before you launch publicly.

What we collect

Account details: your name, email address and a securely hashed password (we cannot read your password).
Your content: the resumes you create or upload, the text of your chat with the resume assistant, and any job descriptions you paste.
Usage information: when you sign in, how many AI requests you make, and token counts. This is used to keep the service running, enforce fair-use limits and control costs.

How your content is used

Your content is stored in your account so you can come back to it. When you send a command, upload a resume or check a job match, the relevant text (and images, if you upload a photo) is sent to an AI service provided by Anthropic (the Claude API) to produce the result. We do not use your resumes for advertising or sell your data.

Who can see it

The site administrator manages accounts and usage limits. The admin dashboard shows account and usage information, not the contents of your resumes.

Keeping and deleting your data

You can download all your data or permanently delete your account and resumes from the account menu at any time. Deleting your account removes your resumes and profile from our database. Backups may keep copies for a limited time before they are overwritten.

Cookies

We use one essential cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies.
